Quality Assurance Engineer Production

As a QA Engineer at BNCW / Stallion Cognitive, you will be responsible for owning and enhancing the quality assurance process for a dynamic SaaS platform. The product comprises gated content, video courses, AI-powered features, research tools, admin systems, and real-time functionality. It is constructed on modern web infrastructure utilizing Python/FastAPI, PostgreSQL, and AWS technologies. Key Responsibilities: - Perform manual testing on web applications, dashboards, admin panels, and APIs - Conduct regression testing for product releases and deployments - Test AI-powered features, chatbot flows, and user-facing functionality - Write and maintain test cases, bug reports, and QA documentation - Carry out cross-browser and responsive testing - Utilize API testing tools such as Postman or Swagger - Monitor and validate fixes post-deployment - Assist in implementing QA processes, release checklists, and testing workflows - Contribute to enhancing product reliability, usability, and release confidence Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 1 year of professional QA/testing experience - Proficiency in manual testing workflows and bug reporting - Experience testing SaaS products, dashboards, or web applications - Familiarity with API testing tools like Postman, Swagger, or similar - Ability to clearly document bugs with reproduction steps, expected behavior, screenshots/videos, and logs - Strong English communication skills - Capability to take ownership of testing and release quality independently - Experience in testing AI/chatbot functionality - Familiarity with automation testing tools (Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, etc.) - Understanding of frontend/backend workflows and API-driven applications - Experience with project management tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Notion, or similar Additional Company Details: BNCW / Stallion Cognitive is a SaaS development company specializing in scalable software, AI infrastructure, and digital products for startups, SMEs, and enterprises worldwide.
