EHS (Manager/SM) Experience: 20+ Years Location: Kanchipuram Industry: Automotive Manufacturing & Engineering Solutions Key Competencies Minimum 5 years in a similar EHS management role with hands-on experience implementing and managing EHS programs in manufacturing. Strong knowledge of legal and group EHS compliance requirements. Job Description Identify and manage EHS risks within the plant, ensuring compliance with legal and group mandatory requirements. Develop and implement mid-term and annual EHS programs and action plans tailored to plant needs. Conduct EHS training, audits, and coaching to enhance safety awareness. Lead accident/incident investigations and drive corrective actions. Ensure timely reporting of key EHS indicators, including accidents, environmental data, and fire safety metrics. Contribute actively to sustainability goals such as CO neutrality and EGS/CSR reporting.
