Role Overview: As a Tech Analyst for the Lending system (ACBS) at Standard Chartered, you will be responsible for delivering technical tasks related to automation scripts, Control M, interfaces (both online and batch), and basic troubleshooting of tech components. Your analytical mindset will be crucial for success in this role as you will be working in a global team supporting a highly configurable and scalable system. Foundational knowledge of the Lending domain will be advantageous for you. Key Responsibilities: - Develop automation scripts for projects/enhancement squads. - Engage in basic troubleshooting for tech components and SQL queries. - Support integration testing for all squads. - Understand existing interface program logic and take complete control for any interface job steps failure in production. - Provide status reporting to the project team on the progress. - Learn and contribute to FileIT solution and support FileIT rollouts and existing markets. Qualifications: - Graduation in Computer Science/Technology with evidence of continuous professional development in an IT role. - Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Solution consulting, change implementation, testing, or operations, preferably in the Commercial Lending domain. - Working experience with teams across geographies is advantageous. - Experience with lending systems like ACBS/LoanIQ/Finacle is a plus. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders across the SCB network. - Open-minded with the ability to explore new areas and ways of working. - Professional degree in Finance or MBA is advantageous. - Language proficiency: English.
