DevOps Lead

As a Senior DevOps Engineer at Standard Chartered, you will be responsible for designing, deploying, and managing both cloud and on-premise infrastructure. You should have deep expertise in technologies such as Kubernetes, Kafka, Hazelcast, ELK, Prometheus, and possess strong networking skills. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and resolve issues on Kubernetes clusters on AWS and Vanilla Kubernetes - Optimize performance in cloud and on-prem environments - Assist in sizing the cluster for the Hive and help set up Scaling using HPA/KEDA - Integrate with enterprise-grade monitoring using Prometheus, ELK, and custom alerting solutions - Oversee the deployment of Kafka, Hazelcast, and ELK on cloud and on-prem environments - Drive cost optimization initiatives and lead data center migration and hybrid cloud adoption strategies - Mentor developers and provide technical leadership to cross-functional teams Qualifications: - Education: BE / MCA / MSC in Computer Science - Certifications: AWS Solutions Architect, CKAD/CKA, or Azure certifications preferred About Standard Chartered: Standard Chartered is an international bank with a history of over 170 years.
