Job Summary This role is accountable for business and technical support of credit card management application in India. Responsibilities include change and release management, vendor co-ordination, technical updates, security and quality assurance processes. Responsibilities Processes - Serve as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and vendor for technical support and change releases. - Oversee the timely renewal and deployment of digital certificates for bank interfaces to prevent any application outage and maintain security. - Monitor system scan reports for application vulnerabilities and coordinate patching schedules with the vendor. - Liaise with project, operations and business teams to complete UVT and TVT for any changes performed at bank or vendor end. - Communicate the change schedule and downtime to all relevant stakeholders. - Participate in vendor review meetings and contribute to discussions regarding service improvement and optimization of support processes. - Participate in major incident calls and co-ordinate with internal and external stakeholders to drive issue closure. - Support internal and external audit requests by liaising with relevant teams and providing accurate responses.
