About the role
Role & responsibilities : Quality Assurance (QA) Prepare Quality Assurance Plan (QAP) & Inspection Test Plans (ITP) . Review project drawings, BOQ, technical specifications. Ensure compliance with client standards, IS codes & contract requirements. Conduct internal audits and maintain quality documentation. Coordinate with site engineers & consultants for quality procedures. Quality Control (QC) Water Pipeline Works Inspect trenching, bedding, pipe laying, jointing & backfilling. Verify pipe material quality (DI, HDPE, MS, PVC). Monitor welding quality & NDT testing (if applicable). Conduct Hydro Testing & Pressure Testing. Check alignment, levels, slope & thrust block construction. Documentation & Reporting Maintain inspection reports, MIR, RFI & NCR records. Prepare daily/weekly quality reports. Track test certificates & material approvals. Maintain as-built drawings & quality records. Preferred candidate profile : Qualifications Diploma/B.Tech in Civil / Environmental Engineering. Experience: 2-4 years in Water Supply / STP / WTP Projects. Knowledge of IS Codes, CPHEEO guidelines & water treatment process. Key Skills Strong knowledge of pipeline construction & treatment plant process. QA/QC documentation & audit skills. Testing procedures & quality standards. Coordination with consultants & clients. Good reporting & site inspection skills.
