Lead project coordination meetings, consultant meetings, owner meetings, and construction progress meetings.
Monitor project scope, schedule, and budget while proactively identifying and resolving project challenges.
Manage project contracts, additional services, change orders, requests for information (RFIs), submittals, applications for payment, and other construction administration activities.
Review project documents for technical accuracy and participate in quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) reviews.
Ensure compliance with Stantec's Project Management Framework, quality standards, and project documentation requirements.
Coordinate staffing needs with Practice Leadership and Operations to support successful project delivery.
Mentor Assistant Project Managers and emerging professionals by providing guidance, coaching, and technical leadership.
Keep the Principal-in-Charge informed of project progress, financial performance, client feedback, and project risks throughout the project lifecycle.
Support business development efforts by participating in client meetings, proposal preparation, interviews, and relationship-building activities.
