Senior Roadway Engineer

Your Capabilities and Credentials Proven ability to solve complex problems using sound judgment, creativity, and innovation. Proficiency in MicroStation is a plus. Experience with OpenRoads is a plus. Strong communication skills—both verbal and written—with the ability to convey ideas, design issues, and solutions clearly. Ability to review the work of others for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with design standards. Highly organized with excellent time management skills and a commitment to meeting project deadlines and budgets. Collaborative, detail-oriented, and self-motivated with a positive attitude and a passion for team success. Education and Experience Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Transportation, or a related field is preferred. Minimum of 15 years of experience in highway/roadway design is preferred.
