Senior Cybersecurity Engineer

Duties & Responsibilities Provides functional and empirical analysis related to the planning, design, installation, and implementation of the network infrastructure. Proficient in DLP controls such as Microsoft Purview Proficient in Endpoint Security and Application Control technologies such as Microsoft Defender for Endpoint Proficient with Vulnerability platforms such as Qualys Experience and understanding of Edge Controls such as WAF & Bot Protection technology. Akamai Security experience is a plus. Experience with Cloud Security controls and CSPM platforms such as Orca, Wiz, Google SCC and Azure native controls. Experience with API Security. Understanding of AI Security guardrails. Anticipates and mitigates potential attacks through network or other connections to ensure the security of the system. Performs work under minimal supervision. Possesses comprehensive knowledge of subject matter. Typically reports to a department head or manager. Competencies: Technical expertise. Proficiency in risk assessment tools, technologies, and methods. Expertise in designing secure networks, systems, and application architectures. Experience with cloud security, penetration testing, and vulnerability management. .
