About the role
Responsibilities: Develop, maintain, and optimize responsive, user-friendly web applications using Next.js/React.Collaborate with design, backend, and product teams to translate UI/UX wireframes into clean and efficient code.Ensure cross-browser, cross-platform, and device compatibility.Optimize performance for maximum speed and scalability.Implement reusable components, design systems, and best practices in frontend development.Integrate APIs with frontend interfaces and ensure smooth data flow with the backend (Django).Debug, troubleshoot, and continuously improve application performance and user experience.Stay updated with the latest trends, frameworks, and tools in frontend development. Requirements: 1-3 years of proven frontend development experience (startup/tech product background preferred).Strong proficiency in JavaScript, React.js, Next.js, HTML5, CSS3, and Tailwind CSS.Experience with REST APIs and familiarity with backend integration.Understanding of state management (Redux/Context API).Knowledge of performance optimization, responsive design, and accessibility standards.Familiarity with version control (Git/GitHub) and CI/CD workflows.Strong problem-solving skills with a product-first mindset.Bonus: Experience with SEO optimization in Next.js and working on scalable consumer-facing platforms.
