Job Title : Performance Tester/Engineer

Location : Newark, NJ

Duration : LONG TERM

Job Description:

Experience in Performance testing, including experience of manual/automation testing and exposure to analyzing application performance

Trouble shoot performance issues and suggest potential tuning parameters to product dev teams

Defining test suit which includes benchmarking, load, soak tests

Good Knowledge of Load Runner, Jmeter etc.\

Able to accurately analyses performance test results and present results and analysis in both technical and business language

Good knowledge of Websphere and its performance counters

Strong knowledge and working experience of Fund management.

Knowledge of Agile software development life-cycle methodologies

Experience of working with multi-cultural and geographically disparate teams

Ability to understand functional specifications from the customer perspective and design appropriate acceptance tests

Proven experience of driving automation for functional and non-functional testing.
