Job Title: Quality Engineer

Location: Salt Lake City, UT

Duration: 6 + months with possible extension – Look to start as soon as possible

Job Description :

4 year Engineering Degree - preferred

Minimum of 3 years’ relevant quality work experience

Excellent computer skills (Including but not limited to: Microsoft Office, , Minitab, Mastercontrol, a plus)

Excellent communication skills

Works independently

Experience in the Medical Device Industry

Strong project management skills

Strong attention to detail

Experience in establishing and maintaining corporate procedures as they relate to the FDA Quality System regulations. ISO 9001, ISO 13485, the Medial Device Directive 93/42 EEC

Demonstrated experience/results in SPC, DOE and Problem-Solving.

Preferred Licenses/Certificate: ASQ CQE, CQA, Six Sigma Black Belt

Primary Responsibilities

Calibration CAPAs

Sterilization and Environmental CAPAs

Implement new Calibration/Preventive Maintenance software system

Disposition of non-conforming product

Development and implementation of corrective and preventive actions

Participate in continuous improvement project

Process Validation
