Overview

We are looking for a Sr. Business Analyst with expertise in AI/ML, procurement, and supply chain to drive digital transformation within Life Sciences operations. This role requires a blend of business process knowledge, data integration skills, and technical understanding to deliver impactful solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with business stakeholders to understand procurement processes and translate them into scalable technical solutions.

Support data integration and enablement initiatives across Life Sciences operations.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement AI/ML solutions that improve operational efficiency.

Utilize platforms such as Dataiku for data preparation, modeling, and deployment.

Provide techno-functional leadership on procurement and supply chain transformation projects.

Serve as a liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring solutions align with domain needs.

Required Skills & Experience

Proven experience in the Life Sciences domain , particularly in procurement and supply chain.

Strong understanding of procurement processes, workflows, and business operations.

Hands-on experience with data engineering tools and platforms (Dataiku preferred).

Solid knowledge of machine learning concepts and their business applications.

Experience in system integration, data pipelines, and analytics enablement .

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with clients in the pharmaceutical or biotech sectors.

• Familiarity with AI/ML use cases in operations and supply chain.

• Certifications in Dataiku, data engineering, or relevant technologies .
