Job Title: Sr Validation Analyst

Location: Southfield ,MI

Duration: 6+ Months

Duties and Responsibilities:

Work a Senior Validation Analyst

Perform analysis and validation of Healthcare claims processing.

Apply expertise in Claims processing.

Develop Test Plans

Work in a team environment and engage in Test Management and Planning

Apply knowledge of HIPAA regulations

Utilize Mainframe technologies, such as DB2- IMS- MVS

Work with distributed technologies- Oracle- Tivoli- Unix- Informatica

Qualifications

Skills Required

• Experience in creating detailed validation estimations (5 Years)

• Test Strategy and Plan Development (5 Years)

• Test Management/Planning/working with a large group of project stakeholders including a multi-vendor environment (5+ Years)

• Evaluate and test data management

• Working experience in 3rd party vendor environment.

• Should be able to understand/suggest and implement required Validation processes.

• Should have experience in creating different required Validation and Testing metrics and defect reports

• Working knowledge of the HIPAA transaction set (5 Years)

• Broad experience with Mainframe technologies (5 Years)

• Broad experience with Distributed technologies (5 Years)

• Candidate must have experience and expertise in Claims processing.

• Ability to work on different phases of multiple releases simultaneously

• Hand's on experience with IKA Systems Claims processing

• Broad experience with mainframe technologies- DB2- IMS- MVS

• Broad experience with distributed technologies- Oracle- Tivoli- Unix- Informatica

• Experienced in handling a team

• Excellent written skills

• Excellent communication skills

• Demonstrated ability to work independently with high-level direction
