Software Engineer

You are hands-on and keep up to with the latest technologies. What You Will Own Development, maintenance and support of a C# NET application Collaborate with engineers, product managers, designers and other stakeholders within Australia and internationally to meet customers needs Write maintainable code following SOLID principles and adhering to development standards Implementing team quality practices, and participating in code reviews Collaborate with team members in an agile/scrum environment to deliver high-quality solutions Required Qualifications 3+ years of commercial experience building production-grade software applications Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or similar Knowledge of .NET ecosystem (framework 4.8+ / .NET 8+) Web technologies - C#, MVC, HTML, JavaScript, CSS etc Understanding of SOLID principles and applicable design patterns Experience implementing and maintaining tests (unit, integration, E2E), and knowledge of the testing pyramid. Proficiency with version control workflows preferably git and collaborative development processes Strong debugging and problem-solving skills. Curiosity and a growth mindset; proactively seeks learning opportunities. You are passionate about product and shipping value to customers Preferred Qualifications Exposure to AWS or Azure cloud services and infrastructure. Experience with observability tools (Datadog APM, logging, monitoring) Ability to safely refactor existing code; applying appropriate testing practices. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps automation. Exposure to SRE practices including observability, and performance monitoring.
