Description Were hiring a QA Tester (Manual & Automation) with 01 year of experience who is passionate about quality, detail-oriented, and curious about finding bugs others miss. Youll play a vital role in ensuring the reliability, performance, and functionality of our software products across domains. Responsibilities Perform functional, regression, and exploratory testing to ensure product stability and performance Write and execute test cases and develop test scripts for both manual and automated testing Collaborate with developers, product, and engineering teams to investigate issues and resolve bugs Use tools like Selenium, Postman, or similar to support automation and API testin Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives as part of the agile team Ensure documentation of testing processes and help in maintaining a quality-first mindset across teams Stay updated on QA trends and continuously improve testing strategies Requirements and Skills Basic understanding of manual testing methodologies Familiarity with automation tools like Selenium, Cypress, or similar Good knowledge of SQL for data validation and backend testing Clear understanding of SDLC and STLC Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills Good communication skills to report, document, and discuss issues Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced tech environment Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field preferred Our Vision We aim to create products that are not only functional but dependable.
