About the role
As a Senior Manager Low-Code / No-Code Configurator & Delivery Support Analyst at State Street Markets Operations, your role will involve supporting the build, enhancement, and maintenance of low-code / no-code automation and reconciliation solutions. Your primary focus will be on hands-on and execution-focused tasks, assisting Delivery Managers and Product Owners in implementing efficiency initiatives. You will be required to efficiently contribute to solution configuration, testing, BAU support, and automation opportunity identification while adhering to established delivery governance and risk standards. Your responsibilities will include: - Supporting analysis of business requirements and configuring low-/no-code solutions such as workflows, rules, UI behavior, and automation logic - Building and enhancing process improvement solutions using available automation tools - Implementing configuration changes and enhancements while adhering to defined platform standards and performance expectations - Assisting Delivery Managers in tracking tasks, risks, dependencies, and delivery milestones - Participating in solution walkthroughs, validation sessions, and release activities - Working with business groups to design solutions focusing on risk reduction and capacity savings - Supporting ongoing development, maintenance, and BAU changes for existing automation solutions - Contributing ideas for standardization, reuse, and incremental efficiency improvements Required Skills & Experience: Technical / Functional: - Exposure to Low-Code / No-Code platforms (Microsoft Power Platform preferred) - Strong working knowledge of Excel, with VBA/macros being desirable - Experience with automation technologies such as RPA, scripting, and Python - Understanding of operational processes and data flows within Financial Services Professional & Behavioral: - Strong attention to detail with an execution-focused mindset - Ability to follow defined delivery and governance standards - Willingness to learn and develop solution and delivery skills - Clear communication and teamwork in a multi-stakeholder environment Education & Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Technology, Engineering, Finance, or related discipline - Prior experience in Financial Services Operations or Technology/Automation support roles preferred Level Expectations: - Works independently on defined configuration and build tasks - Supports delivery execution under guidance from senior members - Applies established standards, controls, and governance consistently - Demonstrates progression toward solution ownership and delivery capabilities Join State Street, one of the largest custodian banks, asset managers, and asset intelligence companies globally, and make your mark on the financial services industry.
