About the role
You will be working as a Senior Manager - Low-Code / No-Code Configurator & Delivery Support Analyst at State Street Markets Operations. Your primary responsibilities will include supporting the build, enhancement, and maintenance of low-code / no-code automation and reconciliation solutions. You will be hands-on and execution-focused, assisting Delivery Managers and Product Owners in implementing efficiency initiatives. Your role will involve efficient contribution in solution configuration, testing, BAU support, and identifying automation opportunities within established delivery governance and risk standards. You should have a proven record of technology project execution and be willing to get hands-on with analysis, development, and execution to deliver on critical projects. Key Responsibilities: - Support analysis of business requirements and configure low-/no-code solutions (workflows, rules, UI behavior, automation logic) - Build and enhance process improvement solutions using available automation tools - Implement configuration changes and enhancements - Assist Delivery Managers in tracking tasks, risks, dependencies, and delivery milestones - Work with business groups to understand process pain points and design solutions for risk reduction and capacity savings - Execute unit testing, support functional and user acceptance testing, and validate configurations against acceptance criteria - Support ongoing development, maintenance, and BAU changes for existing automation solutions - Contribute ideas for standardization, reuse, and efficiency improvements Qualifications: - Exposure to Low-Code / No-Code platforms, with preference for Microsoft Power Platform - Strong working knowledge of Excel, VBA/macros desirable - 10-14 years of experience - Exposure to automation technologies such as RPA, scripting, Python is a plus - Understanding of operational processes and data flows within Financial Services - Flexible to work in US Shift: 06:00 PM - 03:00 AM IST - Work Location: Mumbai/ Bangalore/ Hyderabad Additional Details about State Street: State Street is a leading custodian bank, asset manager, and asset intelligence company globally.
