Role Overview: The Application Lead Developer will analyze, design, develop, and maintain software in a client/server environment using tools like Asp.Net, C#.net, scripts, RDBMS-/PLSQL/Oracle, and SSIS. You should have sound knowledge in SSIS and a strong .NET background. You must work independently and be capable of performing as a full-stack developer at L4 level support. Your responsibilities will include talking to stakeholders, understanding requirements, interacting with vendor teams/contractors, and engaging successfully. Key Responsibilities: - Good hands-on exposure to .NET and related applications, RDBMS like Oracle/SQL, and ETL tool SSIS. - Understanding of design patterns, architecture, and Agile Engineering Practices. - Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills. - Ability to be open to discussing potential options. - Develop software using best practices, including design patterns and clean code practices. - Analyze business requirements and develop high-quality Function Specifications. - Analyze system artifacts (Code, Flows, Data Models, Topology Diagrams) to interpret changes necessary based on business requirements. Qualifications Required: - Core/Must Have Skills: ASP.NET, C#.NET/VB.net, SSIS, Unix scripts, Object-Oriented Programming, XML, JSON, web services, Database skills in Oracle, SQL, ETL concepts, Database Configuration, Good Understanding of debugging complex .NET applications, Agile Engineering Practices, Hands-on experience with SDLC tools like GIT, Expertise in Testing & Debugging, Deployment and debugging in a production support model. - Good To Have Skills: Development with distributed systems, web services architecture, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS).
