About the role
What role you will play in team: You will be part of a team providing technical support for our IT infrastructure. This includes ensuring system stability, resolving issues and implementing improvements.What you will do: You'll monitor systems, respond to alerts, troubleshoot problems and implement solutions to maintain uptime and efficiency. You'll also work on projects to improve infrastructure.Key responsibility:Monitor and maintain the health and performance of IT infrastructure components.Respond to alerts and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.Implement and maintain security protocols and measures.Document processes and procedures.Collaborate with other IT teams on projects and initiatives.Provide technical support to end-users.Participate in on-call rotation to provide after-hours support.Required Qualification and Skills:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.2 years experience in IT infrastructure support.Strong understanding of networking concepts and protocols.Experience with server administration (Windows and/or Linux).Knowledge of ITIL framework is a plus.Proficient in scripting (e.g., PowerShell, Bash).Benefits Included:Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunities for professional development and career advancement.Comprehensive health insurance.Paid time off.A Day in the Life: A typical day involves monitoring systems, responding to incidents, troubleshooting problems, and participating in projects to enhance our IT infrastructure.
