CRD helps create enterprise investment management software solutions for large institutions in the areas of institutional investment, wealth management and hedge funds. Together we have created first open front-to-back platform - State Street Alpha, that was launched in 2019. What You Will Be Responsible For Champion the improvement of identity and access management processes, controls and communications related to Policies across stakeholder groups Lead, develop, and retain a team of IAM professionals across operational, engineering, and governance functions Set team direction, manage performance, and foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and collaboration Serve as an escalation point for complex IAM issues and cross-functional decisions Oversee all IAM business-as-usual (BAU) operations including provisioning, deprovisioning, access reviews, and recertification cycles Ensure consistent enforcement of least-privilege and need-to-know access principles across enterprise systems Maintain and continuously improve IAM operational runbooks, SLAs, and service delivery standards Lead IAM response to regulatory examinations, internal audits, and Matters Requiring Attention (MRAs) Maintain audit-ready documentation and evidence packages .
