Job Title Senior FullStack Java & ReactJS Developer Role Summary & Role Description We are seeking a talented Senior Software Engineer to join our agile team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and delivering highquality, scalable software solutions aligned with business goals. This role focuses on Javabased backend services and ReactJS frontend applications . Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and ReactJS is essential. Key Responsibilities Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience in developing enterprise applications using Java and ReactJS Analyze business requirements and develop highquality, scalable software solutions Strong experience in Java, Spring Boot, RESTful Web Services, Microservices architecture Handson experience with ORM frameworks such as Hibernate / JPA Strong experience with relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MySQL) Good experience in ReactJS and modern frontend development practices Strong understanding of core Java concepts , objectoriented design, and design patterns Develop and maintain highquality code using HTML, CSS, JavaScript , and modern UI frameworks Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure successful and timely project delivery Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices and coding standards Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends in fullstack and web development Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an agile environment Strong analytical, problemsolving, and communication skills Experience in leading development initiatives and contributing to design and estimation Core / MustHave Skills Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Microservices Hibernate / JPA SQL / RDBMS (Oracle, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MySQL) HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, JSON ReactJS , Node.js Frontend build tools such as npm, Webpack, Babel Version control systems ( Git ) GoodtoHave Skills Cloud exposure (Azure / AWS / GCP) Experience with CI/CD pipelines Knowledge of containerization tools ( Docker, Kubernetes ) Exposure to messaging systems ( Kafka / RabbitMQ ) Work Schedule Hybrid Keywords (If any) Senior FullStack Java Developer | Java Spring Boot | ReactJS | Microservices About State Street Across the globe, institutional investors rely on us to help them manage risk, respond to challenges, and drive performance and profitability.
