In this role of Technical Implementation Project Manager - AVP at Charles River Development (CRD), a part of State Street, you will primarily utilize your project management skills with a technical background to implement banking software applications, particularly within a cloud deployment environment. Your understanding of fund management and front-office terminology and operations will be crucial in executing your responsibilities effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in the implementation of sophisticated trade order management and compliance monitoring systems for the fund management industry - Plan, track, and report on the deployment of infrastructure for a SaaS solution in a new region - Plan the delivery of a Business-As-Usual (BAU) team to support Client Onboarding & conversion projects, SaaS Upgrade & Deployment - Conduct resource planning and program management for the region projects and SaaS conversions - Track billing and invoicing, address solution impediments with stakeholders, drive program progress, and escalate risks, issues, and solutions - Provide feedback to the internal team regarding progress - Manage preparation for sub-stream governance meetings including project plan consolidation and materials preparations - Perform internal communications using multiple communication channels - Oversee financial management of sub-streams to enable achievement of integration financial goals and synergies Qualifications Required: - Good knowledge and experience of project management lifecycle, CRIMS application, Microsoft Project, and planning, project tollgates, and agile ceremonies - Exposure to working in financial services, particularly front- or middle-office, or fund management business areas, is ideal - Experience dealing with users or clients from either a technical or business area - Knowledge of creating and drafting SoW, Compliance, and project SDLC audit framework - Minimum bachelor's degree or equivalent - Minimum 12-15 years of financial services experience including project/program management experience - PMP Certification and/or consulting experience is a plus At CRD, State Street, you will be part of a dynamic team that creates enterprise investment management software solutions for large institutions.
