As an Erlang Developer specializing in Distributed Systems, you will be responsible for designing, building, and owning distributed backend services using Erlang/OTP. Your role will involve modeling complex workflows, designing robust supervision hierarchies, and building systems capable of handling thousands of concurrent processes with predictable behavior. Additionally, you will be expected to ensure production readiness by implementing observability, graceful degradation, recovery strategies, and safe deployment strategies. In the event of production incidents, you will leverage your debugging skills to resolve distributed failures effectively.
