Founding Product Lead

Stealth Startup US-India Gurgaon / Hybrid A US-India stealth startup is hiring a Founding Product Lead. It's a senior role with real ownership. You'd run product end to end for a consumer experience built on top of messy real-world data and AI. As the first product hire, you'll build the product function from scratch and figure out how something technical and data-heavy turns into a product people actually want to use. Focus areas Product strategy and roadmap from zeroTurning complex, probabilistic systems into simple, intuitive experiencesPersonalization and adaptive user journeysDesigning for trust and reliability when the stakes are highConsumer product across mobile and webB2B2C and multi-stakeholder productsWorking closely with science, AI/ML, and engineeringIdeal profile Senior product experience, including real 0 to 1 or early-stage work. You've taken something from nothing to shipped and used by real people.A strong bias to ship and learn from real users instead of perfecting things in a doc.Comfortable building on top of AI, ML, or other technical systems. You partner well with science and engineering teams.At ease in a regulated, high-trust environment, where the constraints are part of the design problem.You actually talk to users and do the unglamorous discovery work.You move fast, own outcomes, have good judgment when things are unclear, and care how the product feels.You push back when you disagree, and you back it up.
