Operation Engineer

Lead end-to-end new product introduction (NPI) projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and meeting cost/profit targets. Develop and implement cost-effective manufacturing processes in collaboration with technical teams. Drive productivity, profitability, and continuous improvement through process optimization and innovation. Monitor project expenditures and ensure budget compliance. Lead ergonomic and workplace safety improvement initiatives. Implement new products, processes, corporate change initiatives, and IIoT solutions across the plant. Research and integrate advanced manufacturing technologies, equipment, and processes. Provide manufacturing support to resolve production issues and minimize disruptions. Maintain product master data and MBOM in SAP. Design, validate, and optimize product packaging solutions. .
