Job Title: PPC Engineer (Production Planning & Control) Location: Vadodara Department: Production / Operations Experience: 1+ years Job Summary The PPC Engineer is responsible for production planning, scheduling, material coordination, and monitoring manufacturing activities to ensure timely delivery while maintaining quality and cost efficiency. Key Responsibilities Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans. Coordinate with procurement to ensure raw material availability. Monitor production progress and resolve scheduling issues. Track inventory levels and coordinate with stores and logistics. Ensure on-time order execution and delivery. Generate production reports, MIS, and KPI dashboards. Coordinate with quality, maintenance, and production teams. Optimize production capacity and improve workflow efficiency. Follow safety and quality standards. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Production, or Manufacturing Engineering. 25 years of experience in Production Planning & Control. Knowledge of production planning techniques and inventory management. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.). Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
