About the role
As an Applied AI Engineer at our company, you will play a crucial role in driving our organisational transformation by developing next-generation copilots and enterprise automation tools. Your responsibilities will include AI model design and training, deploying and supporting AI solutions, managing access to AI platforms and repositories, and establishing scalable infrastructure for GenAI workloads. You will also be responsible for managing licenses and tools, architecting high-performance compute clusters, and implementing evaluation frameworks to track adoption and business impact. In this role, you will accelerate organisational AI adoption, enable cross-functional innovation, and drive measurable business value through well-defined KPIs and ROI tracking. To qualify for this position, you should have at least 5 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, DevOps, or AI platform development, preferably in automotive or enterprise technology environments. You should also have expertise in model training, deployment, cloud platforms, MLOps practices, and AI frameworks. Familiarity with agile delivery tools and the ability to lead technical teams in fast-paced environments are also required. Preferred traits for this role include high adaptability to emerging AI technologies, a strong analytical mindset, comfort in high-pressure environments, and a passion for building scalable AI solutions.
