Role Overview: As a Cybersecurity Manager at Stellantis, you will be responsible for implementing a trajectory and a portfolio of projects to implement Security Policies and meet security objectives. You will manage all security projects within your scope, supervise and lead the staff of your entity, and ensure the right level of skills of those involved. Your role will involve guaranteeing the efficiency of the security solutions implemented and their maintenance in operating conditions. You will also intervene in the management of technical incidents and contribute to the management of cybersecurity crises in the event of attacks or proven suspicious activities. Key Responsibilities: - Implement a trajectory and a portfolio of projects to implement Security Policies and meet security objectives - Manage all security projects within your scope - Supervise and lead the staff of your entity - Ensure the right level of skills of all individuals involved - Guarantee the efficiency of the security solutions implemented - Maintain security solutions in operating conditions - Intervene in the management of technical incidents - Contribute to the management of cybersecurity crises in the event of attacks or proven suspicious activities Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in cybersecurity management - Strong leadership and supervisory skills - Ability to manage security projects effectively - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Knowledge of security policies and procedures - Experience in managing technical incidents and cybersecurity crises - Relevant certifications in cybersecurity would be an advantage Please note that Stellantis welcomes applications from people of all gender identities, age, ethnicity, nationality, religion, sexual orientation, and disability.
