About the role
Develop, validate, and maintain multi-domain vehicle simulation models within the STLASim framework to support vehicle development programs. Contribute to areas such as thermal systems, driveability, duty-cycle analysis, propulsion systems, and energy management. Collaborate with system architects, controls engineers, and application teams to deliver accurate simulation solutions, reusable modeling libraries, and engineering insights for product development. Support model validation, library organization, and continuous improvement of simulation methodologies and workflows.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
Min 5 years of experience with MATLAB/Simulink and model-based development.
Understanding of vehicle systems and system simulation methodologies.
Experience developing, validating, and troubleshooting engineering models.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a global, cross-functional environment.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience with BEV, HEV, or PHEV vehicle architectures.

Knowledge of thermal, driveability, duty-cycle, propulsion, or energy management simulations.

Experience with GT-SUITE, AMESim, FMI/FMU integration, or similar simulation tools.

Familiarity with Git, CI/CD workflows, and simulation automation.

Experience developing reusable model libraries and supporting large-scale simulation platforms.

Understanding of controls development and calibration processes
