About the role
Act as the primary point of contact between design, engineering, manufacturing, and quality control teams. Ensure accurate transfer of design data and technical information to all relevant departments. Provide technical expertise and solutions during the product lifecycle, including design, testing, and manufacturing. Analyze and troubleshoot engineering and manufacturing issues that arise during production. Maintain accurate documentation of engineering issues, resolutions, and changes made during the product lifecycle. Prepare technical reports and presentations for management, detailing issues encountered and the corrective actions taken. Ensure that products comply with applicable engineering standards, regulations, and quality requirements. Work with quality assurance teams to ensure that all production processes meet company and industry standards. Skills Proficiency: Technical Expertise, Problem-Solving, Communication Skills, Project Management Communication Skills: English, Telugu Hindi Academic Qualification: Any Graduation Experience: 3-5 years of experience in an engineering role, preferably in manufacturing or production environments.
