Job Title: Angular Web Developer / Lead

Location: Remote initially; upon conversion, must be onsite in Miami 4 days per week (Fridays remote)

Role Overview

We are seeking a hands‑on Angular Developer/Lead to join our team and contribute to a multi‑brand, guest‑facing web application. This role requires strong technical expertise in Angular and related frameworks, with the ability to both code daily and provide leadership to the team.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain features within an Angular monorepo using NgRx state management , Apollo GraphQL , and shared component libraries.

Build components leveraging Angular standalone component architecture across shared and feature‑specific libraries.

Implement and manage NgRx stores, effects, and actions for complex state management.

Work with Stencil‑based web components for shared UI elements such as payments, login, and loyalty.

Write and maintain unit tests (Jest) and end‑to‑end tests (Cypress) , including accessibility testing.

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver scalable, high‑quality solutions.

Stay current with emerging technologies and actively contribute to innovation within the team.

Required Qualifications

6–10 years of professional experience in web development.

Strong expertise in Angular , AEM , and GraphQL .

Experience working in monorepo environments .

Ability to be hands‑on with coding while also guiding and mentoring team members.

Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude or Copilot.

Strong problem‑solving skills and openness to learning new technologies.

Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
