DevOps Engineers

As the Salesforce Deployment and CI/CD Engineer, you will be responsible for owning the engineering and optimization of the Salesforce deployment and CI/CD infrastructure. Your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Lead the configuration, optimization, and maintenance of automated CI/CD pipelines using Copado CI/CD, Copado CRT, and Azure DevOps. - Design and implement release automation, rollback procedures, version control integrations, and branching strategies. - Troubleshoot and resolve Copado deployment errors impacting delivery timelines. - Maintain environment consistency and sandbox readiness, including refresh automation and compliance. - Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure seamless deployments across all environments. To excel in this role, you are required to have the following qualifications: - 5+ years of experience in DevOps or release engineering, with 3+ years supporting Salesforce Sales Cloud. - Strong Salesforce development experience including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative configuration. - In-depth knowledge of Salesforce metadata structure and dependencies, especially in CPQ environments. - Proven expertise in Copado CI/CD and Copado CRT; experience managing pipelines and troubleshooting blockers. - Proficiency with Azure DevOps and Git-based version control systems. - Experience with sandbox management, including refresh automation and environment compliance. - Experience with deployment automation, rollback strategies, and metadata management. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. - Knowledge of monitoring tools and strategies to improve observability of deployments.
