Business Analyst - Excel & SQL

As a member of the analysis team at Inizio Ignite, you will have the opportunity to develop a solid understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, enhance your analytical skills, and gain insights into industry best practices. Your role will involve: - Managing multiple LIVE projects and their timelines to meet internal and client deadlines. - Collaborating with Project leaders/Lead Analysts to interpret data and formulate action plans and recommendations for clients. - Analyzing data from various sources using quantitative and qualitative methods. - Pressure testing data and identifying areas for further investigation and training. - Performing detailed quality checks of deliverables before sending them to stakeholders. - Developing interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI. - Utilizing Python for data manipulation, automation, and basic analysis. - Building and maintaining MS Excel databases from source data. - Creating high-quality presentations and other deliverables for clients using PowerPoint. - Supporting team members to meet client deadlines and drive development and efficiencies within the team. Qualifications Required: - 23 years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, or a similar role (pharma/healthcare preferred but not mandatory). - Strong communication and multi-tasking skills. - Advanced Level experience in using Excel and PowerPoint. - Ability to build Power BI dashboards, create data models, and use DAX for calculations. - Proficiency in writing SQL queries for data extraction, joins, filtering, and basic transformations. - Python experience in data manipulation, data cleaning, and scripting/automation. - Ability to understand business requirements and vision.
