SRT Executive

Job Description: You should have good knowledge of computers and basic troubleshooting. It is essential to have hands-on experience with MS Office and Google Workspace (G-Suite). Good communication skills in Hindi and English are required for this role. You should be able to handle emails, coordination, and operational support activities efficiently. A basic understanding of customer handling and process management is expected from you. Additionally, having a good typing speed and attention to detail will be beneficial as you will be working in a fast-paced operational environment.
