About the role
As a Senior IT Business Relationship Manager, you will be a key strategic partner and trusted advisor to the assigned business segment. Your role will involve driving the alignment of business and IT strategies to enhance business performance, manage risks, and foster strong relationships between business units and IT at all organizational levels. Key Responsibilities: - Establish, plan, and administer overall policies and goals for the information technology needs in alignment with divisional business needs. - Analyze the needs of functional business departments, establish priorities for feasibility studies, research options/alternatives, and present capital project requests. - Document existing workflow and current business processes, gather information on user and business requirements, and draft system specifications. - Provide documentation and input into the IT system validation process. - Assist in prioritizing projects and activities, ensuring alignment with technology that maximizes return on investment. - Report directly to IT and have a dotted line reporting to the SVP/VP of the business segment. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field. - 10+ years of hands-on experience with technical applications and project management. - Proven track record in managing large-scale projects using agile methodologies. - Deep understanding and hands-on experience with the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). - Ability to quickly learn and integrate new technologies, lead cross-functional teams, and innovate existing processes. - Extensive experience with Digital, Mobile, eCommerce, CRM solution platforms, and Business Intelligence (BI) tools. - Strong knowledge and experience in the Healthcare or Life Sciences industry. - Superior oral and written communication skills to influence stakeholders. - Experience in developing and presenting Capital Appropriation Requests (CAR). - Comprehensive knowledge of information technology capabilities, software languages, applications, and data security techniques. - Regulatory and Compliance Expertise in medical equipment manufacturing and FDA software validation requirements.
