SAP Customer Service Module Consultant

About the Role We are looking for a Senior SAP CS Consultant with strong experience in Service Module transformation within a Fiori environment . This role involves designing and implementing new service models, handling return processes, and guiding architecture decisions for a global rollout. Key Responsibilities Lead transformation of SAP Customer Service Modules into Fiori-based solutions. Handle return process workflows and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Provide knowledge transfer and create blueprints for multiple countries. Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders across subsidiaries (India being a major hub). Offer guidance on architecture and integration strategies. Support go-live planning and subsequent rollouts. Skills & Experience Extensive experience with SAP Customer Service module and Fiori applications . Background in medical devices , pharma , or regulated industries preferred. Proven track record in service model transformation projects. Ability to manage knowledge transfer and blueprinting activities. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
