About the role
In this role, you will own the development and evolution of HR(People) dashboards and analytics products that support strategic workforce decisions. You will work closely with People Technology, Business Intelligence Analyst (BT team) and business stakeholders to translate organisational needs into clear, reliable, and actionable insights. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys dashboard ownership, stakeholder interaction, and turning HR data into business insight, rather than building complex machine learning models. Responsibilities: Design, build, and maintain People dashboards and standard reports for leadership and People teams.Own and manage Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) for HR / People reporting together with People Technology.Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance across People analytics outputs.Analyse workforce data to identify trends and insights (e. g., headcount, attrition, hiring, mobility, DEI) and provide descriptive and diagnostic insights to support decision-makingContinuously improve dashboards based on feedback and evolving business priorities, and support the adoption of analytics by helping users interpret dashboards and insights.Partner with the people team and business stakeholders to understand analytics needs and translate them into data solutions. Requirements: Bachelor's or master's degree in computer engineering, mathematics, business administration or econometrics.Minimum 3 years' experience in People Analytics, HR Analytics, or Business Analytics.Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) and Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence.Analytics on a different platform, like Power BI, in an HCM context.Understanding of Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud data structures and subject areas (Core HR, Recruitment, Learning, Performance, Comp& Ben).Experience designing semantic layers and KPI frameworks.Proven experience building business-facing dashboards.Good understanding of HR metrics and workforce analytics concepts.Ability to communicate insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.Fluent in English with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Self-starter, able to work independently in a complex, global IT landscape.
