Gather business requirements and translate them into effective BI solutions. Work with stakeholders to identify key metrics, KPIs, and reporting needs. Perform data extraction, transformation, and modelling using Power Query, DAX, and other BI tools. Ensure data accuracy, quality, and integrity across all reporting outputs. Analyse trends, patterns, and performance indicators to support strategic decisions. Ensure compliance with data governance and security standards. Document BI solutions and provide end-user training when required.
