Extensive knowledge and experience with at least two compliance tools like GRC, CSI, etc. Experience in Internal/External audit compliance. Experience working with S/4 HANA PCE version and SAP Fiori. Knowledge and experience in SuccessFactors ECP and EC. Ability to understand and create role matrix and SOD matrix. Strong communication skills and client interaction skills. Experience gathering information from business users and providing role concepts and design structure. Experience working with CUA systems. Ability to mentor team members on critical issues and processes. Responsibilities: Design and create SAP Security authorizations and roles for different projects. Review business application systems, especially HR-related solutions, for critical access and implement new rules in compliance audit tools. Provide expertise and guidance on SAP Roles, configuration, and process review. Provide support for core modules in SAP S/HANA, Fiori, ECC6, BI/BW, SAP HCM, SAP SRM, and SAP Portal. Assist functional support teams in diagnosing authorization difficulties. Document security details for role design and modification procedures. Participate in discussions to establish standards and guidelines for implementing security policies as per SAP best practices. Interact with teams to gather information on key roles and responsibilities. Prepare SAP Security blueprint, role matrix, and provide guidance to role development activities.
