What You Will Do (Responsibilities) - Build Charts & Dashboards: Create and update easy-to-read reports and dashboards using Power BI and Advanced Excel. - Predict Hiring & Costs: Build models to help the company plan future hiring, calculate employee costs, and measure team productivity. - Explain Data Simply: Take complicated spreadsheets and turn them into simple, clear summaries with recommendations for company leaders. - Check for Accuracy: Carefully review data to ensure all reports are 100% accurate and error-free. - Use AI & Automation: Use AI tools and automation to speed up your work and spend less time on manual reporting. - Solve Problems Independently: Take ownership of your projects, fix data issues on your own, and work with minimal supervision.
