About the role
Establish and implement a packaging development strategy wholly integrated with Formulation Development and Manufacturing for Regulatory markets which includes New product launches, Commercialization projects, Site variation projects, Cost savings, Standardization, Automation and Quality Improvement Ensure smooth functioning of packaging development activities by establishing systems and procedures for commercial executions, technology transfer to production by way of Master Packaging Records, Artworks, Material specifications, change part development and equipments development wherever applicable
