Position: Industrial Engineer Department: Production / Industrial Engineering Experience: 1+ Years Preferred Industry Preference: Garment/Apparel Manufacturing Location: Plot No. 96-97, Toy City, Ecotech III, Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201306 Role Summary We are looking for a skilled and analytical Industrial Engineer who can manage production efficiency, floor planning, operation bulletin preparation, and productivity improvement activities. The candidate should have strong knowledge of SAM calculations, costing, production planning, and machine handling to ensure smooth factory operations and optimized productivity. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, capable of handling production data efficiently, and should possess excellent Excel and analytical skills. Key Responsibilities Production Planning & Floor Management Prepare and manage floor layouts and floor planning activities • Handle and manage production operations for 150 machines • Monitor production flow and ensure smooth operational coordination • Improve productivity and operational efficiency on the production floor SAM & OB Preparation Prepare SAM (Standard Allowed Minutes) calculations accurately • Develop and maintain Operation Bulletin (OB) sheets • Analyze production operations and optimize workflow efficiency • Ensure proper line balancing and production planning Costing & Production Analysis Perform costing and production calculations • Analyze production performance and prepare operational reports • Maintain production tracking and efficiency data • Coordinate with production teams to achieve operational targets Reporting & Data Management Prepare MIS reports using Microsoft Excel • Work on formulas, production tracking, and data analysis • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly production reports • Maintain accurate production and operational records Required Skills Strong knowledge of SAM (Standard Allowed Minutes) calculations • Knowledge of floor layout, floor planning, and OB preparation • Ability to handle and manage 150 machines • Good understanding of costing and production calculations • Excellent command of Microsoft Excel (reports, formulas, analysis, production tracking, etc.) • Good analytical and production management skills • Ability to improve productivity and operational efficiency Preferred Qualifications Experience in garment/apparel manufacturing preferred • Strong communication and coordination skills • Detail-oriented with problem-solving ability • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Company Details: Website: www.miradakids.com LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/company/mirada-creatives-llp/posts/?feedView=all Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/officialmirada?igsh=MW9nNHR4eW9waW1reA== Preferred candidate profile
