Full Stack Lead Architect

Role Overview: You will be part of a team that is hiring multiple passionate and experienced Full Stack Professionals with a minimum of 7+ years of experience. Your expertise in modern frontend technologies, backend development, cloud-native architecture, and DevOps practices will be crucial for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop scalable full stack applications - Lead architecture discussions and technical decision-making - Build high-performance frontend and backend systems - Implement cloud-native and event-driven architectures - Drive DevOps, automation, and engineering best practices - Mentor development teams and conduct code/design reviews - Collaborate with Product, QA, UX, and stakeholders for end-to-end delivery Qualification Required: - Frontend: Proficiency in ReactJS, TypeScript, and Modern UI Frameworks - Backend: Experience with Python (FastAPI/Django/Flask) and/or Java Spring Boot - API Development: Knowledge of REST APIs and Microservices Architecture - Databases: Familiarity with PostgreSQL, MySQL, NoSQL, and Elasticsearch - Cloud Platforms: Experience with Azure and/or AWS - DevOps: Proficiency in CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, GitHub Actions, and Azure DevOps - Messaging/Event Systems: Understanding of Kafka, Event Hub, Service Bus, and SNS/SQS/EventBridge - Security: Knowledge of OAuth2, OIDC, JWT, Key Vault, and IAM - Strong understanding of scalable, secure, cloud-native application development Good to Have: - Experience with AKS/EKS - Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Bicep/CloudFormation) - Exposure to AI/GenAI, GitHub Copilot, LLM integrations, and RAG concepts - Azure/AWS Certifications - Agile/Scrum experience Additional Company Details: The company is looking for candidates with strong problem-solving and communication skills, hands-on experience with programming languages, cloud and microservices, leadership mindset with ownership and mentoring capabilities, and a passion for modern engineering and scalable system design.
