As a Senior Data Scientist, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to design, build, and deploy machine learning models, conduct statistical analysis, and drive data-backed decision-making across the organisation. Experience : 5+ Years Location: Pune (Hybrid) | Immediate joiners preferred Key Responsibilities Define business problems and identify measurable success metrics.Design and execute A/B testing, experimentation, and causal inference studies.Build, validate, and deploy machine learning models for forecasting, classification, recommendations, and NLP.Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL workflows.Ensure data quality, reproducibility, and model monitoring in production.Collaborate with Product Managers, Data Engineers, ML Engineers, and business stakeholders.Present analytical insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to best practices. Required Skills 5+ years of hands-on experience in Data Science.4+ years of Strong programming skills in Python and SQL.Expertise in Machine Learning, including Forecasting, NLP, Recommendations, or Causal Inference.Strong understanding of Statistics, Hypothesis Testing, A/B Testing, and Experimentation.Experience building Data Pipelines and ETL workflows.Experience deploying and monitoring Production ML Models.Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Skills Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP.Knowledge of MLOps practices.Experience with Large-scale Experimentation and Causal Inference.Strong stakeholder management and business communication skills.
