What you will do: Deliver assigned projects while collaborating with multiple stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes Learn about Stryker’s JR and MET portfolios including Mako SmartRobotics, Triathlon Total Knee System, and Trident Hip System Define protocols for medical device data collection, maintenance, and analysis Maintain and execute MATLAB/Python scripts for data analysis and complaint investigations Interpret system data and generate insights in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders Draft project reports, participate in surgical observations, and support risk mitigation activities What you need: Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant technical field with 1–2 years of relevant experience

Proficiency in MATLAB and/or Python for data analysis and scripting Experience with data visualization and reporting tools Ability to interpret technical data, logs, and medical device reports Exposure to medical devices, robotics, healthcare technologies, or regulated industries

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of orthopedic products and surgical workflows Familiarity with complaint handling, risk analysis, or data-driven investigations Understanding of medical device regulations and compliance requirements
