What You Will Do - Develop and execute portfolio strategies for the Orthopedic Instruments business, ensuring alignment with division growth objectives and customer needs. - Analyze market trends, surgeon insights, procedural dynamics, and competitive activity to identify business opportunities and strategic priorities. - Build deep expertise on orthopedic instrument product lines, clinical applications, and procedural workflows to effectively position solutions in the market. - Understand key competitors, their product offerings, strengths, and weaknesses, and translate market intelligence into actionable commercial strategies. - Partner closely with Sales, Medical Education, and key opinion leaders (KOLs) to enhance customer engagement and drive product adoption. - Lead annual marketing plans, product launch activities, demand generation campaigns, and portfolio lifecycle management initiatives. - Develop sales enablement tools, clinical messaging, communication materials, and training content to support commercial excellence. - Monitor business performance, pricing strategy, market share, and key performance indicators, and provide regular insights to leadership teams. - Collaborate with cr .
