As a Staff Engineer in Application Software Development, your role will involve developing Web, desktop, and cloud software applications using .NET Core, Angular, REACT, Nodejs, and Python frameworks. You will also work on UI/UX design elements to create functional and appealing user interfaces. Additionally, your responsibilities will include unit testing, static and dynamic analysis, understanding software and system requirements, and performing code and document reviews. Key Responsibilities: - Develop Web, desktop, and cloud software applications using .NET Core, Angular, REACT, Nodejs, and Python frameworks - Work on UI/UX design elements to implement functional and appealing user interfaces - Conduct unit testing, static and dynamic analysis - Understand software and system requirements and perform code and document reviews - Translate requirements into design to develop and document features across subsystems - Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team and global R&D group to create design strategy - Select, evaluate, and implement software technologies, tools, and frameworks in a cloud, cloud-native environment Qualifications Required: - Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science or related field - 8+ years of experience in Web, Cloud, and desktop application software development and testing - Proficiency in Object-Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD), C#, Angular, REACT, Nodejs, JavaScript, Python, XML, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap - Knowledge of data formats such as XML, JSON and databases MySQL/SQL Server, MongoDB, NoSQL etc. - Experience with cloud technologies and platforms such as Azure, AWS, GCP - Familiarity with Visual Studio, Visual Studio Code, Eclipse, Git, and dynamic/static memory analysis tools In this role, you may also benefit from your familiarity with Agile Scrum or DevOps, knowledge and experience on mobile technologies and platforms, and understanding of Regulatory and compliance standards such as IEC62304, HIPAA Data Privacy, FIPS. Additionally, experience with AWS is considered a plus. Travel percentage for this position is 10%, and it is a Senior Level role.
