Junior Architect

As a Junior Architect at Studio 42 in Vasant Kunj, South Delhi, you will be part of an Architecture & Interior Design studio that prioritizes creating clean, contemporary, warm, homely, and elegant spaces that are also practical and user-centric. Your role will involve assisting in the development of design concepts and presentations, producing architectural drawings using CAD and other design software, participating in project coordination meetings, conducting site analysis, and supporting the preparation of project proposals. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in the development of design concepts and presentations for projects. - Produce architectural drawings and documentation using CAD and other design software. - Participate in project coordination meetings and collaborate with team members and consultants. - Conduct site analysis and research to inform project decisions. - Support the preparation of project proposals and submissions. - Incorporate feedback from senior architects and project managers into design revisions. - Stay updated on industry trends, building codes, and best practices. Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Architecture from an accredited institution. - Proficient in architectural design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suite). - Proficient in basic 3D rendering software (Enscape, Lumion, D4 etc). - Solid graphic and presentation skills. - Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. - Solid organizational skills and attention to detail. - Passion for architecture and a drive to learn and grow in the field. Preferred Qualifications: - Internship experience in an architectural firm or relevant design environment. - Knowledge of sustainable design practices and materials. - Familiarity with 3D modeling and visualization tools.
