Architect / Interior Designer

As an Architect / Interior Designer at Studio IV Designs in Gurugram, you will play a crucial role in various project stages, from conceptualization to detailed drawing preparation and presentations. Your responsibilities will encompass space planning, material selection, mood board creation, 3D visualization coordination, and construction documentation production. Collaboration with senior designers, consultants, and vendors is essential to maintain design integrity throughout the project's execution. Additionally, you will conduct site visits, support project coordination, and ensure quality checks during implementation. Qualifications: - Demonstrate strong conceptual and spatial design skills in architecture and/or interior design, particularly in luxury hospitality, commercial, and residential projects. - Proficiency in design and documentation software like AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite; familiarity with 3D rendering tools such as V-Ray, Enscape, and Lumion is advantageous. - Knowledge of materials, finishes, lighting, and furniture, including the ability to create mood boards, BOQs, and specifications. - Experience in coordinating with consultants, contractors, and vendors, as well as supporting site supervision to uphold design quality and meet project timelines. - Possess excellent visual communication and presentation capabilities, encompassing hand sketching, drawing clarity, and design storytelling. - Hold a Bachelors degree in Architecture or Interior Design from a recognized institution or an equivalent professional qualification. - Have 15 years of relevant professional experience in a design studio or architectural practice, with a preference for hospitality or high-end residential exposure. - Ability to collaborate effectively in a studio environment, manage multiple tasks, and meet project deadlines with meticulous attention to detail. - Familiarity with local building regulations, codes, and approval processes in India is advantageous. - Professional proficiency in English is required, while a working knowledge of Hindi is considered beneficial.
